The Grand Hill Resort-Hotel in Puncak offers exceptional views in a very convenient location, right in the heart of Jackson. It is close to the Grand Hill and the mountains. the room is large, lovely, and beautifully decorated. the variety of food available for meals is great.

I recently had an amazing staycation at this hotel. First of all, the value for money is excellent. The prices were reasonable, especially considering the incredible views from the rooms. Speaking of which, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and some even offered breathtaking views of the surrounding hills. The staff provided impeccable service, fulfilling all of my requests, just like in the review where they offered to assist a guest with a wheelchair.

While everything was nearly perfect, one small aspect could be improved. though, this hotel exceeded my expectations.

We came to Puncak to relax and have fun, and this hotel was the perfect place to do just that. The housekeeping staff were all friendly, and there was Wi-Fi available throughout the property. We really enjoyed our stay here.
